Sauna85 tilbyder saunagus på lokationer i København og Aarhus
Saunagus is a type of aromatherapy practiced in a sauna. A gusmester mixes water with essential oils and pours them on the hot stones. Then, the gusmester will circulate the combined vapors by swinging a towel or a fan. This creates a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. We call this the “heavy meditation”.
A saunagus session lasts approximately 75 minutes including breaks. We hold 3 rounds of about 12 minutes each, with breaks of approximately 8 minutes between rounds.
At Sauna85, we use only essential oils and carefully plan the perfect combination of scents. We also use music in our saunagus sessions to create the perfect atmosphere.
Deep, enveloping warmth that relaxes muscles, boosts circulation, and grounds your body.
Carefully selected sonics and soundscapes that calm your mind and shape the experience.
Soft waves of steam intensify the heat, opening pores and deepening the sensory journey.
Natural scents released into the steam to awaken senses and support the mind.
A refreshing contrast that sharpens focus, boosts recovery, and re-energises your entire system.
A full-body and mind shift leaving you lighter, clearer, and deeply restored.
We have three locations across Denmark.
Meet our gusmesters, the people behind the heat, scents, and energy of our saunagus. Hver gusmester has their own style, energy, and story, but they all share a love for calm, warmth, and presence. Through the use of essential oils, towel techniques, and music, they create sensory saunagus experiences in Copenhagen og Aarhus. Read more about each of them here.
